Debra & Timothy - May 30, 2009

Debra & Timothy could not have asked for a better day to get married, especially with an outdoor ceremony to take place. Their entire event was held in Prospect, PA at a facility called The Atrium. The combination of the outdoor ceremony area, greenhouse atrium, and spacious ballroom provided the perfect surroundings for their celebration concept. Immediately upon arriving into the facility you are captured by the greenhouse cocktail area.

The outdoor area was another main attraction providing the backdrop for the ceremony and some great photo opportunities for Tim & Debbie. The guests also enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the festivities.

And just in case the weather did not cooperate, The Atruim had a back-up indoor ceremony location ready to accommodate if needed.

Here are some great on location photos of Debra & Timothy after the ceremony had taken place.

Pink was used as the accent color for the event showcased in the programs, table settings, flowers, cookies and the delicious wedding cake. Kristen McKivigan - Banquet Manager at The Atrium - and her staff really did an amazing job on the room.

Their favor for the evening was a donation to the USO on behalf of the guests in attendance. Our groom Tim and many of his close friends provide all of us with comfort and safety serving as U.S. Marines. Thank you all.

Debra and Tim also payed tribute to soldiers that gave their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.

After our toasts, blessing and dinner Timothy and Debra shared their first dance as husband and wife to Brad Paisley's She's Everything.

Debra then shared a dance with her father Jack.
Tim McGraw - My Little Girl

Tim then followed sharing a dance with his mother Linda.
Kenny Rogers' Through The Years

And then Tim wanted to honor his grandmother by sharing a moment with her on the dance floor.
Perry Como - Fly Me To The Moon

And they danced the night away!!

Alison & Rich - May 24, 2009

Alison and Rich reserved The Summit Inn Resort for their reception celebration. Laurie Smalley - Sales & Catering Manager - welcomed us to the resort and directed us to the load in area. This was our first event at this location and we didn't know what to expect. It was truly amazing, and HUGE! The ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests. With a count of 250, Rich and Alison's guests had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the evening. The views from the front decks are breathtaking.

In the ballroom we were then greeted by Amanda - wedding coordinator at The Summit Inn. Amanda offered her assistance and gave us a brief history of the 102 year old facility.

Here are a few historic photos from their website

Laurie, Amanda and the rest of The Summit Inn staff set the room to perfection.
