Erin & Bryan - May 9, 2009

Erin and Bryan's wedding reception took place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the Pittsburgh International Airport. It had been a few years since we had an opportunity to be a part of an event at this location so we were very excited - and nervous. Not nervous because of the reception but rather getting to the reception. Erin had informed us earlier that week that we should expect delays due to the Pittsburgh fair weather tradition known as "Parkway Construction." Taking her advice we left way in advance on our journey and arrived in plenty of time to prepare for their guests' arrival. Once we loaded in to the ballroom Lauren Soriano from the Hyatt gave us the background details about the room set-up and informed us that herself and Stacey would be involved throughout the evening if we needed anything. Lauren and her staff worked diligently to ready the beautiful & spacious ballroom for the celebration. Below their hard works speaks for itself....

Erin and Bryan used famous couples names throughout history to arrange their guest seating. Naming tables is a great idea.... and gets your wedding decor the exposure you are looking for.

Cocktails were held in the hallway area. Guests mixed and mingled to the sounds of the live pianist as they enjoyed a drink of choice and a quick bite.

The stainless steel table tops paired with sleek spandex table skirts gave the area a sense of elegance with a hip and modern feel.

Black & White was the theme of the event and Brian and Erin used it to there advantage throughout the entire planning process.

From their placecards...

To their card box...

To the amazing wedding cake...

But Erin and Bryan felt that a little touch of color couldn't hurt...

We also created a video montage from Bryan and Erin's photographs and presented it to their guests on one of our 10ft rear projection video screens.

The bridal party each received a custom engraved champagne glass as a favor.

And speaking of champagne, how about our toasts..

Toast by our Best Man Costa
Intro Song - Beastie Boys - Girls

Toast by our Matron Of Honor Kimberly
Intro Song - Ton Loc - Funky Cold Medina

Blessing by Erin's father David

Once dinner had concluded it was finally time to dance the night away!!
