Erin & David - May 16, 2009

Erin and David hosted there reception gathering at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn at Southpointe. 2 years prior to their wedding Erin and her mother Margie attended the annual bridal show held here and reserved our services. After all of the hard work and planning Erin and David's special day had finally arrived. Always with a smile, Melissa Furlong - Sales Manager - from the Hilton Garden Inn pointed us to our set-up location. This was our first event at the Hilton since their recent renovations to the facility.

After a team meeting....



Erin and David's intentions for the reception decor began to take shape...





A unique favor we had never come across
- LOTTERY TICKETS -
and the guests loved them...
What a great idea!



Wedding portraits from Erin and David's parents and grandparents greeted their guests at the entrance.



The card box was another big hit, complete with it's
own bride & groom, and a stretch limo.
I later found out that the card box was also "GREEN"
made 100% from recycled materials.

After the introductions Erin and David began the evening with
their first dance...

Erin and David decided on a more intimate dinner setting by having a "sweetheart table" instead of a traditional bridal head table.




Coming out of dinner Erin shared a dance with her nervous father Jim

David then took the floor with his mother Peg
